Jasveer Singh
Jasveer Singh is an innovator and entrepreneur driven by a deep-rooted passion for solving some of agriculture’s most pressing challenges. After graduating with an M.Tech in Electronics from IIT Bombay, Jasveer was inspired to leverage technology to address the real-world impacts of climate change on farming communities. This vision led to the founding of SICCA Automation, where Jasveer and his team developed cutting-edge, IoT-based smart irrigation solutions. His journey from winning robotics competitions at IIT to understanding the nuanced needs of farmers has shaped SICCA into a trusted name in sustainable farming. With a farmer-first approach and a commitment to environmental stewardship, Jasveer continues to drive innovation that not only improves crop yields but also conserves precious resources for future generations.
Faizan Shaikh is a visionary technologist with a passion for bridging technology and agriculture. With a background in Electronics and Telecommunications, Faizan brings innovative solutions to life at SICCA Automation. Before joining SICCA, he co-founded an agri-tech startup focused on electronic soil testing, demonstrating his commitment to advancing farming practices. Faizan’s expertise in IoT and his knack for transforming complex technical challenges into user-friendly solutions make him an invaluable asset to the team. Gajanan Shidardi is a dynamic force in the agri-tech industry, blending over a decade of experience with hands-on farming insight. As an M.Tech graduate in Electronics, he has not only pioneered innovative marketing strategies but also fearlessly embraced unconventional practices. Gajanan once developed a concept akin to “Uber for tractors” in the Marathwada region, and he personally cultivated unique crops like geranium, challenging conventional farming norms. His commitment to innovation and his willingness to break away from the herd mentality ensure that SICCA Automation’s solutions are not only practical but also truly transformative for farmers.
